Your child's safety is of the utmost concern to us. That's why we take such great care making sure
our children's area is as safe and secure as possible. With this in mind, please follow these 3 easy check-in procedures:

Check-in Procedures

     1. Go to Check-In Desk
          Check in your child at our check-in desk located by the children's side door entrance or by the
          hallway leading in from the main church foyer.

2. Get a Parent Pager
Pick up your family's Parent Pager after check-in.

     3. Get your Child's Nametag
          You will receive a nametag that displays your child's name that is to be placed prominently on
          your child's clothing. (Access to the Preschool/Children's areas are monitored, and will not be
          allowed to check your child into the room without a nametag.) Additional nametags can be
          provided to label your child's belongings.

Acces to the Preschool/Children's areas will not be allowed without a pager and a nametag.
All outside doors remain locked except for the children's wing entry door.

Parent Pagers
Hand-held vibrating pagers will be provided, one per family, to the parent signing in the child.
If you have children in separate rooms, you will receive one pager, and a number will be assigned to each child.
The parent who accepts the pager is to have it on himself or herself at all times when away from the child.
If there is an emergency or any problem involving the child, the pager will vibrate and the parent will need to come to
the check-in desk and ask about the problem. The pager's radius only includes the building we are currrently using.
Therefore, if a parent leaves the premises while his or her child is in the nursery or preschool area,
the pager will not be able to reach the parent.
